Proposals for amendments must be submitted in writing to the council chair\/board no later than 8 days before the general assembly. An example of a proposal submitted previously, along with a template for the proposal, can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/imadafagraad.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Vedtaegtsaendringer.zip\" data-type=\"URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following amendments to the statutes have been adopted since 2010:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the extraordinary general assembly on May 6, 2014, an amendment was adopted to <strong>\u00a74.1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 17, 2016, amendments were adopted to <strong>\u00a74.3, \u00a76.1<\/strong> and <strong>\u00a77.1<\/strong> as well as the addition of<strong> \u00a76.2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 16, 2017, amendments were adopted to&nbsp; <strong>\u00a72<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a73<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a74.2<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a74.4<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a76.1<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a77.2<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a78.2<\/strong> and <strong>\u00a78.4<\/strong> as well as the addition of <strong>\u00a76.3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 15, 2018, amendments were adopted to <strong>\u00a76.1<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a74.4<\/strong> and <strong>\u00a76.2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 16, 2020, amendments were adopted to&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>\u00a71<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;\u00a77.2&nbsp;<\/strong>and <strong>\u00a77.3.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 18, 2021, amendments were adopted to&nbsp;<strong>\u00a76.1<\/strong> and&nbsp;<strong>\u00a78.2.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 31, 2022, amendments were adopted to &nbsp;<strong>\u00a74.4<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a76.1<\/strong> and <strong>\u00a76.2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the ordinary general assembly on March 18, 2026, amendments were adopted to &nbsp;<strong>\u00a76.1<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a77.1<\/strong>, <strong>\u00a77.2<\/strong> and <strong>\u00a78.4<\/strong> as well as the addition of <strong>\u00a76.5<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vedt\u00e6gts\u00e6ndringer Ved generalforsamlingen er der mulighed for at \u00e6ndre vedt\u00e6gterne.
