The council meetings (Fagrådsmøderne) are open board meetings where all students and staff are welcome. They provide updates on the latest developments in the committees and councils that the Fagråd has representatives in, discuss recently held and upcoming events, and address other current issues concerning IMADA.
These meetings offer students the opportunity to stay informed about what’s happening at the institute and express their opinions in a relaxed and informal manner over a piece of delicious cake.
The board also holds closed board meetings where tasks are coordinated, and topics are discussed that may not necessarily be relevant to the rest of IMADA.
