Meetings and documents

The faculty board meetings are open board meetings, where all students and staff are welcome. Here, updates will be given from the councils and committees in which the faculty board has representatives, recent and upcoming events will be discussed, and other current issues for the faculty board will be addressed.

The meetings are an opportunity for students to catch up on what's happening at the institute and voice their opinions in a relaxed and informal setting over some delicious cake.

Expert group meetings are generally held at the beginning of each month (excluding summer holidays or exam periods) in IMADA's expert group meeting room. Board meetings are held once a month. Below you will find agendas and minutes from expert group and board meetings held this year.

The board also holds closed board meetings where tasks are coordinated and topics are discussed that are not necessarily relevant to the rest of IMADA.
